All About Loma Vineyards
Loma Vineyards began in 2017, when our family took a leap of faith and purchased a plot of land in Paso Robles, California. At the time, we didn’t know much about winemaking — but we knew we wanted to build something meaningful, something that would last for generations.
What started as a simple piece of land we lovingly called Rancho Hermosa has since blossomed into the vineyard we know today: rows of flourishing vines, shared laughter, and memories made with family and friends.
In 2025, we celebrated a milestone with the release of our very first Cabernet Sauvignon — a moment that transformed what we once thought would be just a family retreat into a thriving vineyard. Today, Loma Vineyards proudly produces three varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Grenache, with more vines being planted as our story continues to grow.
At its heart, Loma Vineyards is about more than wine. It’s a testament to love, dedication, and the joy that comes from following life’s unexpected paths. We invite you to join us as we continue to cultivate our vineyard, our legacy, and our community.

Tony joined us in (year), back when we were just a family with a big dream and no real knowledge of winemaking. All we knew was that we wanted a vineyard on our land, but we had no idea where to begin—until we met Tony. From the very start, he became our guide, patiently showing us how winemaking works and walking beside us through every step of the journey.
To this day, Tony continues to bring his brilliance and decades of experience to our vineyard. He shows up with a smile, an open heart, and a willingness to dive into whatever new idea we throw his way. Beyond his incredible knowledge of the wine industry, he brings joy, wisdom, and a collaborative spirit that makes everything possible.
Tony isn’t just a winemaker—he’s a true master of his craft, and we feel beyond lucky to work alongside him and share in the wines he creates.

Tom and Tami built Loma Vineyards from the ground up with nothing more than a dream, a lot of determination, and a love for bringing people together. What began in 2017 as an idea sparked by their shared passion for wine, travel, and building—combined with the purchase of land in Paso Robles—has blossomed into the flourishing vineyard it is today.
Their journey has been filled with hard work, creativity, and plenty of heart. Over the past eight years, Loma Vineyards—affectionately known as Rancho Hermosa—has become more than just a vineyard.
